Creative Words Club

Service Description

We invite bookworms ages 6-11 to join Creative Words Club where we will turn words into art using mini books, origami, zines, and comics. Stories are all around us—From books and TV to music and poetry! Club members will experiment with visual storytelling, learning that stories (both adapted and original) can be drawn, written, collaged, and shared. This club encourages creativity, confidence, and self-expression. All tools and supplies are provided. Creative Words Club is focused on the reader and honors perspective-taking. Each season we contemplate, what stories does this season inspire and for whom?
